Valenza coffee
Nicaragua
Arabica highland
Coffee beans from Nicaragua are thought to be the largest in the world. Valenza coffee is grown in the highest-lying regions of Nicaragua between Jinotega and Matagalpa. This coffee is therefore known as "Strictly High Grown", which means it is cultivated at a height of 1'400 - 1'600 metres above sea level. "Valenza" has a light body, pleasant taste and medium to light acidity. Refined with a touch of chocolate, it makes for an excellent cappuccino.
